ORIGINAL: Fortnite fans are waiting for the big new Batman crossover event to go live on PS4, Xbox One, PC, iOS, Android and Nintendo Switch.
The new Fortnite x Batman crossover event was leaked as part of the latest update.
Fans like Lucas7Yoshi discovered a host of new items, map changes, challenges and more as part of the upcoming Batman event.
But one thing that hasn't been revealed is the Fortnite x Batman crossover event release date.
There are two likely release dates that fans are pointing towards.
The first potential release date is September 19 at 2pm UK time. This is the same time the weekly challenges drop.
Perhaps the more likely release date and time is September 21 at 2pm UK time.
This just happens to coincide with International Batman Day, which is when DC celebrates the anniversary of the Caped Crusader.

Taking place on September 21, DC will mark Batman Day with a number of special events and announcements.
The Bat Signal will be projected in ten cities across the world, including London, Barcelona, Tokyo, New York and Los Angeles.
A new Batman video game is also tipped to be announced by Warner Bros and Rocksteady.
But arguably the highest profile event will take place in Fortnite Battle Royale, as Gotham appears in the game.
The Fortnite x Batman event will feature its own set of challenges, as well as new items and map changes.
First up is the brand new Explosive Batarang Item, which is said to home in on enemies, stick to walls and explode when opponents are in close proximity.
There's also a Grapnel Gun, which fires players into the air, where they can subsequently deploy the Bat Cape to glide back down to solid land.
A couple of new skins have also been discovered, although the files are yet to be decrypted. It's thought there will be male and female Bat Suits, as well as a Joker skin.
Tilted Towers will be replaced by Gotham City, while new rewards will be available by completing challenges.
The 'Welcome to Gotham' challenges reward players with a Batman-themed glider, a spray and some mystery items.

• Light a Bat Signal, use a Batman Grapnel Gun, and deal any damage with an Explosive Batarang
